A question for the idly curious

So, I'm the only one at my bank's drive-through. There are four stations, one of which is devoted to commercial usage. So, why, if you're pulling into this situation--and assuming you don't want the commercial window--would you pull behind a car that's already there and not one that's empty? To play the hurry-up-and-get-out-of-my-way game?

Just boggles the mind.

And, no, I didn't hurry up.
